| FREE PLAY 1 Unit on Philadelphia Phillies -149 The Phillies are rolling, and I see no signs of them cooling off today against a Milwaukee club that is 0-7 in its last 7 games as an underdog. The Brewers have had very little success against the Phillies, losing 16 of the last 21 overall meetings and dropping 26 of the last 34 in Philly. The Phillies are an impressive 72-34 in their last 106 games as a home favorite. Plus, I have no trouble giving the ball to Kendrick tonight, especially when you consider that Philly is 4-0 in his last 4 starts during game 3 of a series. Look for the Brewers to drop their sixth in a row Sunday. World Champion handicapper Jimmy Boyd, whose Incredible 282-226 All Picks Run has $1,000/unit bettors up over $60,000, gives you the opportunity to WATCH & WIN Sunday w/ his 5* SMU/Texas Tech NCAAF *BEST BET* (12-6 5* F-ball Run) and his Giants/Dodgers Sunday Night Baseball SMASH (8-4 L12 SNB Picks)! FREE PLAY 1 Unit on Florida Marlins -134 The Marlins won 6-1 in Friday's series opener, and I like them to take care of business again Saturday with ace Josh Johnson on the hill. Johnson has been nearly unhittable at home this season, going 7-2 (11-3 on the money line) with an ERA of 1.48 and a WHIP of 0.904. Plus, the Marlins are 5-2 in Johnson's last 7 home starts vs. the Braves, and he is carrying a 2.57 lifetime ERA against Atlanta. We also can't ignore that the Marlins are an impressive 25-8 in Johnson's last 33 home starts. The Braves lost Jair Jurrjens' only start against the Marlins this season. In addition, he is 0-4 with an ERA of 6.62 on the road this year. I also like the fact that Atlanta has dropped his last 4 Saturday starts. Florida gets the nod with the better starter on the hill Saturday. Join World Champion handicapper Jimmy Boyd Saturday for the 3 STRONGEST PLAYS on the college football board, featuring his 5* NCAAF GAME OF THE WEEK (12-5 L17 Football 5* Top Plays)! Jimmy has done his homework, and he couldn't be more confident in this 3 releases. Let's get paid! Tampa Bay Rays -139 at JAMAICA |

|
4* Saturday MLB *Mound Mismatch* on Rays -139 The Rays have the edge with Shields on the mound tonight. Shields is in top form, going 3-0 with an ERA of 2.75 over his last 3 starts. Plus, the Rays are a perfect 7-0 in Shields' last 7 road starts vs. a team with a losing record. The Rays are also a perfect 5-0 in Shields' last 5 road starts vs. the Orioles. While Guthrie is quietly having a solid season on a bad team, he hasn't had any luck against the AL East. In fact, he is just 1-8 (1-10 on the ML) against division opponents this season. Take the Rays. |

Fresno State -2-110 at BETUS |

3* NCAAF Late Night Annihilator on Fresno State -2 I look for the Bearcats to take a step back after a change at the top. Butch Jones is a good coach, but it's hard to think he can pick up where Kelly left off, especially after losing talented performers like Pike and Gilyard. Losing six starters on defense is likely an even bigger blow, and that's where I see the Bearcats losing this football game. The Bulldogs bring back 8 offensive starters with the line in tact, so I expect Fresno State to be very sharp on the offensive side of the ball. The Bearcats are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 non-conference contests. Take Fresno State. |

Northwestern -3½-105 at JAMAICA |

5* NCAAF Game of the Week on Northwestern -3.5 Vandy is one of the weakest BCS teams in the nation. The Commodores put up just 16.3 points per game last season, and I don't see major improvement on the horizon this season. Northwestern lost Mike Kafka, but new QB Dan Persa had himself a great spring, and he will benefit from an experienced offensive line. Pat Fitzgerald's boys have shown that they can go toe-to-toe with anyone the past couple seasons, and I fully expect them to take care of Vandy Saturday. Looking at the numbers, plays against any team in the first week of the season, after closing out last season with 4 or more straight losses, terrible team from last season who won 25% or less of their games, are 22-3 ATS the last 5 seasons. Teams fitting into this situation are losing by 21.6 points on average. The Wildcats are also a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games while the Commodores are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games. We'll lay the points. |

Texas -31-105 at JAMAICA |
Lost $105.0 |
|
4* NCAAF Big Chalk Blowout on Texas -31 Texas and QB Garrett Gilbert have something to prove after falling short in the BCS title game. I expect the Longhorns to come out firing against one of the worst defensive teams in the country last season. Texas has won 10 straight against Rice, and their last 4 wins in the series have all come by at least 41 points. Rice brings a lot of guys back from last season's 2-10 team, but this team is still a year or two away from making a bowl run. The Owls are just 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. the Big 12, and I expect their struggles to continue against the Horns here. |
